Vision

Vision coverage is a new plan through UnitedHealthcare Vision, and UnitedHealthcare is the network. Regular eye exams matter even if you don’t wear glasses or contacts. Use a UnitedHealthcare Vision network provider to get the most from your benefits, or see an out-of-network doctor and submit for reimbursement.

What the plan covers.
